1 Player Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on phs365, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phs365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a phs365 account that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

phs365 reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify that these conditions are met. Providing false information during registration or at any point of verification is a material breach of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on phs365. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information, including your full legal name and contact details. This information is used for KYC verification and for processing withdrawals. Inaccurate information can delay or prevent the processing of your withdrawal requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. phs365 uses OTP verification as an additional security layer for logins and sensitive account actions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

phs365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as suspicious and reported to the support team.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phs365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved — your balance reflects PHP at all times.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking transfers, and selected local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address.

phs365 does not accept deposits made by credit card or cryptocurrency. Any deposit attempt using these methods will be declined and returned where technically possible.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. The Withdrawal page contains current details on timelines and supported methods. phs365 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

4 Betting Rules & Settlements

All bets placed on phs365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available within the platform and should be reviewed before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless phs365 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market. The confirmed stake is deducted from your wallet at the time the bet is placed.

Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies for the relevant sport or competition. In cases where a result is disputed or under review, settlement may be delayed until the official outcome is confirmed.

• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market, which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• phs365 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Any attempt to exploit errors, delays, or vulnerabilities in pricing or settlement constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7 of these Terms.

For live casino games, the result determined by the game engine or live dealer at the time of settlement is final. Disputes about game results must be raised with support within 48 hours of the relevant game round.

5 Promotions & Bonuses

phs365 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion within the platform.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• phs365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method intended to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

phs365 does not guarantee specific bonus amounts, cashback percentages, or promotional availability. Promotions are offered at the platform's discretion and are subject to change.

6 Responsible Gaming

phs365 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. Online gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income, and it carries financial risk. You should only ever bet with money you can afford to lose.

• If you believe your gaming habits are becoming harmful, please use the self-exclusion feature or contact support to have your account temporarily or permanently restricted.
• phs365 will never pressure players to increase their deposits or continue playing beyond their stated limits.
• Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

This platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access phs365, please notify the support team immediately.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phs365 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform functions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game or betting market.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting known bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic way.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phs365 staff or other players through any channel.

phs365 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend access, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account.

8 Limitation of Liability

phs365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the team works to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phs365 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or any other financial loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security, including sharing login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits phs365's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

phs365 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulatory body, or if the platform determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach on your part, any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you choose to close your account, any pending bets will be settled according to the standard rules, and the resulting balance processed for withdrawal upon your request.

10 Changes to These Terms

phs365 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the platform, applicable laws, or operational policies. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. If you continue using the platform after the effective date of any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
